Here's a listing of select area events that celebrate fall or trick or treating: •First United Methodist Church of Plant City's annual pumpkin patch is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily through Friday at the church, 303 N. Evers St. A variety of pumpkins and gourds are for sale, and families can have fun taking photos in the pumpkin patch. All proceeds from the event will go to the church's youth ministries. George and Cassandra Banning hosted the Plant City Daybreak Rotary Club's first Halloween Howl party for charity in 2006 at their Walden Lake home. A second one is planned for Saturday, with profits going to Unity in the Community, which helps Plant City area people in need. It's not too late to buy a ticket for this year's Halloween Howl party starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Banning home, 2506 Clubhouse Drive, Plant City.
