A fire broke out this morning on the second floor of a building that houses residents 55 and older, prompting authorities to evacuate about 20 people, fire officials said. A 48-year-old Treasure Island man who spent much of Sunday drinking and watching football was found floating face down in a hot tub and is believed to have drowned, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office says.
