Fossil bones housed at a Los Angeles museum belong to the smallest dinosaur discovered in North America, scientists say. The newly identified creature weighed less than 2 pounds and stood about 4 inches tall. Florida banks merging The parent companies of Palm Harbor-based Anderen Bank and Orlando-based First Commercial Bank of Florida will merge, the companies said Monday. The combination of Anderen Financial and FCB Florida Bancorporation will create a bank with a presence in the Orlando and Tampa markets with $850 million in assets, including $100 million in capital.
