A 19-year-old Plant City man was killed Sunday afternoon when he was ejected from his car during a crash, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Two men accused of robbing and beating an acquaintance and then stealing her car Friday are each in jail, the Hernando County Sheriff's Office said. Gary Abbate and Gary Wayne Sharp, both of Brooksville, face attempted murder charges in the attack on 49-year-old Reba Myers at her home on Moon Road.
