OFFERINGS LEADERSHIP TRAINING: Faith Family Outreach Church of Plant City, 1214 W. Reynolds St., Suite 2, is launching a new leadership training program, the Christian Leadership Development Institute, to provide instruction in the basic skills needed for assisting with positions of leadership within ministries. Some topics covered in the seven-week training program will include qualities of an effective leader, communicating effectively and more. Pauline Rivers, the church's co-pastor and an organization development and learning consultant with a doctoral degree from the University of Florida, will serve as executive director and lead instructor.
