The Summerfield Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) Chapter #787 weight loss support group meets every Wednesday evening at the Summerfield Community Center, 13011 Summerfield Blvd, beginning Wed. August 1st.
Local area residents are welcome to join us one time at any meeting as a guest to learn more about TOPS and the Exchange Program – it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change for a better and healthier you!
TOPS Chapter 787 meets every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm for weigh in followed by a business meeting and program as it related to healthy eating and better nutrition.
Annual registration is $24 with monthly dues of $6 per member. Registration is open to all local residents (teenagers, men and women).
