PLANT CITY - The Plant City Photo Archives' fifth annual Salute to Veterans photo exhibit will open Saturday with a reception from 9 to 11 a.m.
The exhibit includes hundreds of photos of Plant City area veterans who served in World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and other conflicts. The archives, 106 S. Evers St., will be open Saturday until 4 p.m.
The two-hour reception will include live music, coffee, juice and pastries.
There will be no charge for admission or the reception.
The photo archives is in its ninth year. The Salute to Veterans helps commemorate Veterans Day on Nov. 11. The photo exhibit will remain on display until mid-January.
The archives will be open on Veterans Day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The archives regular hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
