SENIOR MENU

Hillsborough County Aging Services serves daily midday meals to senior participants throughout the county. Participants may attend an agency dining center or receive home delivery when eligible. For information call (813) 272-5250. Most centers serve low-fat milk. Here is the menu for April 20-24:

Monday: Breaded chicken patty with chicken gravy, chuckwagon vegetables, mashed potatoes, whole-wheat bread, oatmeal-raisin cookie

Tuesday: Barbecue pork riblet, black-eyed peas, turnip greens with onions, hamburger bun, pineapple cup
Wednesday: Macaroni and cheese casserole, green peas, carrots, whole-wheat bread, mixed fruit cup

Thursday: Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, potatoes au gratin, green beans, whole-wheat bread, graham crackers
Friday: Smoked sausage with mustard, baked beans with tomato bits, broccoli, hot dog bun, vanilla pudding
