PLANT CITY AT&T has announced it is boosting high-speed 3G wireless coverage in 10 areas, including Plant City and Dover.
The 3G network was increased in the areas along Turkey Creek Road, at Medard Park and Durant High School, and along Sydney Road, in southwestern Dover and eastern Valrico, according to the communication and entertainment company's Dec. 11 news release.
The 3G service allows subscribers to view videos of favorite shows, play games, download music, check the stock market or simply read and write e-mail as if sitting at home or in the office, AT&T said.
The 3G network is operational in 335 major metropolitan areas.
