Hillsborough County School District spokeswoman Linda Cobbe just provided this information on school dismissal times:

Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee has assured school district officials that it is safe to dismiss students from the 16 Plant City schools that have been in modified lockdown since this morning because of a manhunt.

Bus riders who remain at those schools will be picked up by buses starting with elementary students. High school students will be picked up next, then middle school students. It is likely that all bus riders will arrive home later than normal.

Plant City children who attend magnet schools in the Tampa area have been held at the Tampa Bay Technical High School bus ramp, but they also are resuming their regular schedule.

Students who walk home will also be dismissed."
